Sample Vials

The T2SR® Rheometer is calibrated for use with three size containers, each being 45 mm in height.  These vials are custom made from borosilicate glass, in diameters of 15 mm, 35, mm and 65 mm:

In addition to the glass vials, we also offer 15 mm aluminum vials for use with the high temperature heating cell.  This is intended to provide better heat transfer during high temperature rheology measurements.  

Custom vials can also be provided at customer request.

While the rheometer is calibrated with the three diameter vials, custom calibrations can be completed on request.  For QC testing, custom calibrations will allow rheology testing in filled product containers and tubes at the manufacturing site..
