Z-axis Stage Translator

The Stage Translator is a very important component of the T2SRŽ Rheometer.  It provides several critical services to the rheometer user:

        1.  Holds the sample for testing.

        2.  Holds all thermal accessories securely.

        3.  Allows the test tool is be inserted the proper depth.

        4.  Keeps the sample vials secure and immobile.

 

The FDI T2SRŽ Stage Translator equipped with the 15mm Sample Holder (with vial locking thumb screw) is shown below in several views:

 

 

 

 

 

The Stage is on a heavy steel base plate and the total weight is 1.6 kg.  Felt pads are attached to the bottom of the base plate to protect the rheometer base plate.  

 

The Stage is an indispensable component of the T2SRŽ rheometer and strongly recommended for purchase.
