T2SR® Accessories

Experimental accessories are available for the T2SR® rheometer, designed to simplify testing of complex materials.  Check through the Navigation Bars to the left for a complete description of all accessories.

For your convenience, several accessories are shown in the following images.  FDI offers two sizes of Sample Holders, 15mm and 35mm.  The Sample Holders keep the vials in place with a thumb screw so that is it secure during testing.  An example of the 35mm Sample Holder is shown below.  The test tool is shown above the Sample Holder and vial, ready for insertion for testing to a depth of 15 mm.  

Tempering vessels are one of our thermal options.  The tempering vessel is designed for use with a circulator for sample temperature control in the temperature range of -20 to 80^oC.  The temperature limit is due to the quick disconnect fittings we supply with the vessels.  With barbed connectors, the tempering vessels can operate to 400^oC.  We offer both a 15mm and 35mm Tempering Vessel, for use with the respective sample vials.

For the convenience of rheologists, we offer three size glass sample containers for testing.
